RECIPE:
1 Banana (preferably frozen)
1 c. ice
1 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 Tbsp. almond butter
1 c. almond milk
2 dates
1 tsp. honey (optional)
1 tsp. chia seeds (optional)
1 handful of spinach leaves (optional)
(Makes 2 kid’s smoothies)
